We are looking forward to joining together to save lives at our Sound the Alarm event!  Here are some other ways you can make a difference between now and your smoke alarm installation and education event: Magnify Your Impact Through Fundraising! Similar to other charitable events such as runs, walks and bike rides, you have the opportunity to raise funds to provide lifesaving services that can reduce death and injury from home fires. Simply invite your family friends and colleagues to sponsor you. Just $15 can provide 1 smoke alarm. Keep up the great work and if you don’t already have a personal fundraising page, create your fundraising page at www.crowdrise.com/soundthealarm. Imagine the impact we can have if we all help to raise just a little bit of money! Invite Your Friends and Family! You’ve joined in this program because it’s important to you to save lives in your local community. Inviting friends to do the same is easy! Simply logon to your Volunteer Connection homepage and click the “Invite Friends” button. You can also share your reason for joining this event on social media – be sure to use the hashtag #EndHomeFires.
